The company was founded by Shri Subhash S. Poudwal in the year 1974 and is serving the field since then.
The Managing Director, Mr. Subhash S. Poudwal with Director, Mr. Manish S. Poudwal.		Shri Subhash S. Poudwal, the Managing Director, started electronics at school level in the year 1960. He is the Pioneer in India in the creation of Industrial Safety Detection System for gas leaks and holds Indian Patent on these devices. He is the only Indian patent holder in India on "Gas Detection System" He is a member of National Safety Council, Loss Prevention Association of India and many more prestigious institutes.
He is the recipient of 31 coveted awards including the 'Pride of India Gold Star Award - Bermingham (U.K.), The arch of India Award and The National Quality Award. He is rightly called 'THE SAFETY MAN' for his contributions in the field. The company is now also led by a new Director Mr. Manish S. Poudwal, who is also a qualified engineer and having a keen interest in electronis and development. Recently, Subtronics (India) Pvt. Ltd. & Manishtronics received the prestigious International Standard ISO 9001 : 2000 Certification. This Certificate has been awarded as the Company covers design, manufacture and supply of Gas Detector System, Smoke Detectors, Breath Alcohol Analysers, Metal Detectors, Insect Killers, Ultrasonic Pest Repellents and Electronic Flashers.
